I'm loving "The Paracast" with Gene Steinberg and David Biedney. Mostly about the question of what are UFO's? Quite a skeptical show and I find that very refreshing.

I felt this thread needed a good resurrection.  What are people listening to now?  I just quit my subscription to my Wow Chron, (podcast has pretty much died as they haven't released anything since January and the forums are gone)  Simple Tricks and Nonsense and others so I need more podcasts to listen to.  Here is what I'm listening to now:

Here's a question: Rico, Jen, Kenny, Rick M and anyone else who puts out podcasts: Do you go back and listen to your own shows?

I did early on and still do scan through a bit once in awhile.  When I first started I wanted to make sure the sound quality was ok - oh and that I didn't sound like a big, dumb geek (well at least I licked one of those - LOL).  Now frankly, I don't listen really to my stuff at all.

Yes, I always listen every week to mine.  Not to get a big head, but to improve and develop my speaking abilities.  I also want to make sure that I am getting my general thought out clearly.  I have others listen and critique it as well.  Some day I plan on doing a science fiction comedy podcast.  I think that would be fun.  :)

Thanks King for adding my podcast to your list :)  I dig Joel Osteen's too.  I have started listening to the smallville podcast, the heroes and some others that are really good.

But nothing can beat Treks In Sci Fi, it's by far the best! 

Oh, and I like the Ready Room podcast too!  :)

I don't listen to the Ready Room podcast when Rico posts it... It normally takes me several days to edit them and by the end I'm just happy to send them to Rico to upload. :)

I listen to Anomaly for the same reasons that Rick does. I want to eventually eliminate the verbal fillers (umm, like, so anyway, etc). I do better with that when I don't feel like I have to say something really fast to get it in to the conversation.

I also laugh  at our own episodes... sounds weird, but sometimes I forget some of our little jokes.

My favorite Jen are the outtakes that don't make the show.. now that is some funny stuff. I'm always laughing when I'm editing The Ready Room.
