Underworld: Awakening - Trailer

You know i have never seen any of the Underworld movies. My mom loves them and has them all on DVD. Would you say they are really bloody and gory. I know they will be violent but I would like to know how gory they are.

Rico

They can be a little bloody and gory at times, but I personally don't think it's that bad.  It all depends on how you view it I think.  Movies or TV shows about vampires and werewolves don't get to me like something that's more real - if you know what I mean.  Anyway, you can always try the first one and see what you think.  Borrow it from your mom.  :)

New trailer is now up.  This one gives you a better sense of the overall movie and story.  Looks like fun!  And more Kate in black is always a good thing.   :wub

Hey Will!

I have all three of the movies and I think they're awesome. There are parts that are bloody and some graphic parts but not as bad as you think; they are vampire movies. The stories are well done. The second one I'm still a little mixed on. It had some good parts but it was kind of eh? They are definitely not gory like Saw or any of those hard core horror movies. Can't wait to see part four.

You and Rico have made me want to check these out. I'll have to borrow them from my Mom. I thought they might be more hard core which I wouldn't like but I can handle some blood.

Saw this today (not in 3D) and enjoyed it quite a bit.  It's great to have Kate back as Selene and the action is fast and furious (not involving car racing - well mainly).  Anyway, the previews give you a good idea what the film is about but there are definitely some new things that happen and show up in it.  Basically if enjoyed the other films in this series, you will like this one.  So, go see it for some cool vampire and lycan action!

I'm stoked to see this movie..  #3 was dissapointing.  I was sad that they cast Rhona Mitra in it too, because she is actually a fantastic actress in her own right.  But how can you replace Kate?? Exactly. you can't.  As a side note: Rhona Mitra was awesome in Doomsday.
