I'm stoked to see this movie..  #3 was dissapointing.  I was sad that they cast Rhona Mitra in it too, because she is actually a fantastic actress in her own right.  But how can you replace Kate?? Exactly. you can't.  As a side note: Rhona Mitra was awesome in Doomsday.
They didn't replace Kate. It was a different character. I really liked it.

For those of you who have seen the last installment, is it worth seeing, as it did not get very good reviews.

Rico

Iceman - read my short review a couple posts above.  I'll talk more about it on the podcast.

Chris - yes Rhona Mitra played a different character, but in essence they had to "replace" Kate since she declined to do the third film.  So they bring in an actress who looks similar and plays a similar role.  I thought she did ok, I just didn't enjoy the story as much in the third film.

I get what you're saying Rico, but the character, although played by a different actress in prior films had already been introduced as the cause of the War. The third movie just gave more detail on the flashbacks that were seen. It wasn't like the character was created solely because Kate wasn't there.
