So, it looks like Toys R Us will be soon selling the iPad 2 as well as other stores. Of course, it would help if they actually could get them in stock. I asked at Best Buy the other day and they almost laughed at my question. But, it looks like online at Apple orders are still only saying 2-3 weeks to get one. Still tempted.

Yeah, Apple is doing it's best to ramp up production of the tablets. More and more companies that can are getting in on producing the components for them.

Apple has definitely secured the tablet market. For how long is the question.

No major stock problems in my neck if the woods.

They get weekly deliveries, usually sell out and are restocked by the following week. Pretty good for a high demand product.

LOL! I convinced my father to buy one, but that's the best you're getting from me. It really doesn't have want I want for what they are asking for it. It will serve my dad very well, but I need more than it's offering. Which isn't an attack on the device, but my awareness that as good as the 2 is, the things that I would want a tablet for isn't offered by it.
