World of Warcraft: Cataclysm

Just did enough Halloween quests to get my 'Feline Familiar' companion.  The kitty has a little hat and rides a broom when you are mounted.  It takes a few seconds to dismount after you do, so the second pic shows me with the cat still on his broomstick.

Yes, still playing some WOW.  I just FINALLY finished getting enough Netherwing faction to get to exalted and be rewarded with a Netherwing Drake.  Took me months of off and on faction grinding to do it, but I got there.  Here's my new ride in WOW!

The Netherwing mount remains my favorite mount they ever made in WoW. :)

Yeah, it's pretty cool.  It just took a LONG time to do all the faction questing to earn it.  I think I want to start now gathering some additional pets for the upcoming pet battles coming in the Mists of Pandaria expansion.

Aye it took me about a month of pretty regular play to get my faction up.  Man I hated those Ravager caves!  It was worth it though, especially before WOTLK when they added 18 thousand different flying mounts.  There was such a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment when you finally get to pick out your color.

Playing some WOW on my big, 60" HDTV today to see how I like it.  I have a spare PC around now since I built my new one.  It works well for this.  I just need a wireless keyboard & mouse and maybe a low to the ground chair to sit in.
