Thanksgiving special???  Do you just mean last week's episode?
Yeah, sorry, just a little joke. They chose this episode to reveal the actual deformities in Trinity's perfect family. Hopefully no spoilers here. Like I posted previously, the ending was a total surprise for us.

Oh - also, here are some cool Dexter t-shirts...

Well, this weekend we will get the season 4 conclusion of "Dexter."  The end of the previous episode really was a big shocker and opened up big things.  It's going to be exciting to see how it all comes together.  I'll be watching Sunday night to see how Dexter handles it all.

Well, you got that right!  I mean - OMG!!!!
Don't read my spoiler box unless you don't care about having the finale spoiled.
I expected Dex to get Trinity in the end - but dang it - not Rita too!  I felt so bad for Dexter at the end of this episode.  He's been trying so hard this season and then bam - it's all for nothing now.  Really hurt to watch the ending of this one.  So sad.    :'(
I was floored and wondering my own reaction to that.

Oh (BLEEP)! Why the (BLEEP) did I look at the spoiler!?

Don't look.  I feel it's already spoiled enough without even looking for you.  Come back after you watch it and post your thoughts.

P.S.  Chad and others - I warned you - Don't look at the spoiler.

Jedi mind powers on the blink, are they? ;)

ChadH, I couldn't help myself and checked out the plot synopsis at imdb.com.  Sorry!

I know lots of people like to experience tv/movies as a virgin  :blush, but I actually prefer going into any situation knowing as much as possible in advance.  It allows me to follow the story better, watch for details or clues, and just get more for my investment of time.

Wow what a season, I'm very sad it's over already.  I hate these short 12 episode season arcs for premium cable shows.  This was so good though.
What a great twist at the end.  It managed to be pretty unexpected for me but fit perfectly with the overarching theme of this season.  It's tough to imagine Dex as a single dad.  I imagine next season he'll be back to his apartment and the kids will go with Rita's mom?  So sad for those older kids of hers, first their dad and now their mom gone, and the main role model left in their lives is a serial killer.  Tough breaks.
