I've added one podcast to my very short list of shows:
"Ladies of Leet" They're HUGE gamers. It's great to hear about the different games out there...which ones to avoid, which to play all from the ladies' persepctive. I love this show. They also remind me a little of us, LOL.

Don't listen to Ladies of Leet myself but I do enjoy Nicole Spag on The Final Score. It's one I keep meaning to add to my list.

I have now dropped the Forcecast after Jason and Jimmy have left. They now produce the RebelForce Radio podcast...It's basically the same show as the Forcecast, but with Jimmy and Jason totally running the show.

I did try the new Forcecast hosts though. But it was like watching the 6 O'clock BBC News and then turning over and watching all the same stories on the 6:30 Central News

I am going to give the new ForceCast hosts a chance, I can never get enough STAR WARS chat, even in it is redundant.

I listened to the recent episode of the ForceCast, they do a good job, but it just isn't the same as the old show. Change is sometimes good, but I do miss Jimmy. On a side note, I feel WAY older than the new hosts. Uh...I don't like feeling old. :D

Why the change?

I got the impression Jimmy and Jason had really grown beyond their relationship with the Force.net and wanted 100% autonomy over their content.

It sounded like either they had to vet a lot of things through the Force.net or the topics would be given to them to cover. I suspect also given the ties Rebelscum has with Lucasfilm and alot of the licensee might have limited a certain amount of freedom on how to cover things from time to time. Though it does still seem like Jason and Jimmy are in tight with some of the Lucasfilm folks still, so not sure how hand tied they would have been anyways.
