I really wanted a summer release but I'm warming to this idea.  It has several benefits.  Obviously it gives them more time.  It also moves the film away from the mega huge summer of 2015 films (next Avengers, Supes/Bats, maybe Trek, etc...).  The other thing that just occurred to me is that even though I always associate these films with summer, maybe it will be a nice change to have the new trilogy come out during the holidays (that is if ep. 8 & 9 follow this pattern).  So we are about 2 years and a month away from Episode 7!  Yeah!   :starwars:

They seem interesting - especially about rewriting for an older character.  Proof will be  in the pudding.
