I just love this series and found the coolest, sickest thing ever. It's done by the show and I showed my wife and it freaked her out, but she loves Dexter and understood it.

All I can say is the Dexter Treatment rocks and if anyone has a sick sense of humor they should try it out.

This one is cool, but don't click unless you have a sick sense of humor.

That was awesome.  I too love Dexter and hope it comes to DVD soon.  One of the best premium cable channel series ever.  Ranks up there with "The Soprano's" and "Deadwood"

I agree 100%  I like Lila.  I don't care if she is nuts.  She is way better looking than Rita.

Again I agree about Lila. Is it just me or is crazy on the right woman a little sexy?

"Dexter" Gets Two More Seasons
By Garth FranklinWednesday, October 22nd 2008 6:45am

It's the best show on cable and arguably the best show on TV right now, and the good news is its life has just been extended.

Showtime has renewed top-rated drama series "Dexter" for two more seasons says The Hollywood Reporter. The network has ordered twelve episodes each for Seasons Four and Five, with the fourth season set to go into production in the spring in Los Angeles to air next Fall.

"Dexter" stars Michael C. Hall as a complicated and conflicted blood-spatter expert for the Miami police department who moonlights as a serial killer.

The acclaimed series is currently a third of the way through its third season and a Blu-ray version of the first season is scheduled to hit in January.

Time to bring back this old thread.  One of my sons has been bugging me for awhile to try this series out.  It sounded intriguing, but I just never seemed to find the time.  Well, I have watched the first 2 episodes of season one now - and I am hooked.  The show is very slick - very cool - and a bit disturbing too.  But the main character is very interesting and the acting is very good.  I can't talk too much about it, because I just am now getting into it.  But it's a fascinating show.

You  certainly have a lot of fantastic viewing ahead of you Rico. I absolutely love this show. It's the reason we subscribe to Showtime. I am chomping at the bit waiting for the next season.

This show is awesome... and Dexter is incredibly sexy.

Just watched episode 4 today.  It just keeps getting better and more intriguing.  The cast is great (nice to see Darla from Buffy and Angel too).  I'm trying to treat myself with an episode every day or so, after I do my job hunting.

Big Dexter fans here, too.  Very much looking forward to the next season, though I can't imagine it being better than the first two, which were killer (hee hee).  I'd say more, but I don't want to spoil anything for those still catching the first seasons.

Rico

Ok - I'm about 4 episodes now from the end of season two.  Still loving this series.  Then on to season three and I'll be all caught up!  A very cool and sometimes disturbing show.

Rico

Finished season two about a week ago - really cool ending and the way everything came together.  I just watched episode three of Season 3 tonight.  Good season too so far.  I like how Dexter is sort of changing and evolving over time.  I hope to be caught up in time for when season 4 starts next month.  Still, this is one terrific series.

Rico

Well, I'm all caught up now.  Went through season three a bit quicker than the others but really enjoyed it too.  NOW - season 4 starts this coming Sunday, Sept. 27th!  Can't wait!

This is a great little piece they made too.  Love it!

"Time to Kill"  ha!!  clever.

*really* looking forward to new episodes. We don't have Showtime, so have to wait a little bit to see them. Grrrr!!!

Nice to see Keith Carradine is back; liked him a lot.  Not sure about John Lithgow half-nekkid though.  These previews didn't show much, if any, Angel or Masuka.  I know the family dynamic will be the focus this season, but I'd like to see more of the cop characters, personally.
