Hey Rico, I'm not very savvy with all this computer stuff. How would one post a phot of oneself? I know how to post ban avatar. Is it similar?

If you hit reply, under additional option click the little plus sign in front of it and it will bring up more options. There you can add a photo from your computer without having it online anywhere. Just browse for the file and then post it.

Here's a pic of me finishing my last triathlon 2 weeks ago where I won my age group and came in 9th overall out of 1000 athletes. It was a great day ;D
