Duffster

Just started reading The Forever Machine by Mark Clifton and Frank Riley. It won the Hugo in 1955. Never read it before so it should be interesting. Just started it and so far so good.

I'm listening to Twilight by Stephanie Meyer in the car to work and to home. I am also reading Killer Blonde by Laura Levine (part of the Jaine Austen mysteries). The books are hysterical to read.
In honor of my still living father - "I drank what?"

Listening to the Dresdin Files, Book 2 "Fool Moon".

Reading: The Furies of Calderon eBook.

Very good stuff :)

Still getting great comics from the place selling them at 50 cents. My Dad and I went Friday and he gave me 10 bucks for my birthday. Awesome!! He even looked in some boxes for me and found a couple of good ones. Great fun. Now if I could just get him, my wife, and brother to go I could get through the boxes quicker. Also picked up some more graphic novels from the library about 4. I grapped a Thor one just to get ready for the movie.
Still on "The Reds Wire to Wire." And I jumped into the "Superman: Earth One." About half way through and its rally really good!

That is a good recording - I like the voice of the reader.

Really enjoyed the Superman Earth One. Also had to finish DC Comics Year by Year. That book was over 300 pages!! Very interesting though. Check it out if you get the chance.
A friend of mine gave me a box of around 50 comics! He said he was just going to throw them away! It had around 30 GI Joe and a few super hero ones. It also had the Blade Runner movie adaptation #2. There were also some cartoon ones with Roadrunner, The Pink Panther and even 1 called Super Goof. Don't know much about them.
Also hit the 50 cent comics place again!!! I think I'm addicted to 50 cent comics!! Picked up Blade Runner #1 cool to find that right after my friend had given the other one to me, Catwoman: Defiant, 5 Dazzler, a 2 part Grant Morrison's Dr Who from IDW, the 3 part Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom adaptation, 10 Justice League America's , the 3 part Superman/Doomsday "Hunter/Prey" 47 page graphic novel series from 1994, a Star Wars and the Underworld Evolution adaptation. It was $7.49 and I got it for 50 cents!!! Awesome place!!

Hmmm, what am I reading right now? Why, the Treks in Sci Fi Forums of course! :) Sorry, LATE night last night - 3 hours sleep, then up for work. So...I'm a little goofy at the moment! :)

Bossypants seems like it is a prime audiobook selection for me :)

Turltlesrock, I was so happy when I found this place. I originally just wanted to complete my Star Trek runs, which I have mostly, but for only 50 cents I decided to try and complete some other series I enjoy. They even let me keep a couple of boxes behind the counter of ones I want to get!

Obi-Wan Kovary

Currently reading Dune Messiah, The Book Without Words, and Gossamer.  Just finished the Fablehaven series, and the Leven Thumps series.  Two excellent fantasy and Sci-fi series, respectively.
Do or do not, there is no try.
