I loved them all but I'm a huge Stephen King fanatic.  Echoes of the Dark Tower series started to run throughout most of SKs novels, and much of the fun in reading his books is making those connections.

I think it's pretty well documented that Stephen King's brush with untimely death caused him to rush a bit in finishing this series ahead of schedule, which may have affected the overall quality of the last three books.

Joby, I don't think Tom Clancy is dead. Is he??

Jobydrone

Oh I guess you're right.  For some reason I was under the impression that he had died like ten years ago but they kept using his name to publish novels.  Sorry for the misinformation.

Over the last few days I read The New Avengers - Breakout and Spiderman - Breakout. Both were very good. Still reading on Star Trek Magazine #23. Also picked up some more graphic novels from the library. 2 Wonder Woman Warkiller & Contagion, Batman: A Death in the Family, Green Arrow/Black Canary: The wedding Album, Amazing Spiderman Vol: 2 - Revelations and a Marvel Illustrated of The Man in the Iron Mask. Also picked up The Reds - Wire to Wire about the 1990 Cincinnati Reds Championship Season.
I also got to hit the 50 cent comic place yesterday. picked up Dazzler #7, Justice League Quarterly 8 & 9, The 4 part The Return of Donna Troy and my favorite pick of the night Indiana Jones and the Tomb of the Gods mini-series!!! I love that place!!

Got away from the graphic novels and am reading "The Reds - Wire to Wire".

Hit the 50 cent comic place and the library yesterday. From the library I got these graphic novels, Green Arrow and Black Canary "Road to the Altar", Superman "Earth One" and The New Avengers vol.3. I'm on the librarys hold list for Vol. 2. Vol. 3 collects issues 21-31 and 3 one shots covering things from the Civil War storyline.
Decided to go ahead and read the "Road to the Altar" since I had the Arrow/Canary "The Wedding Album" graphic novel from the library.
Also found some more cool comics at the comic shop. Justice League Spectacular #1, 3 Justice League America's, 2 Justice League Quarterly, the 6 issue The Battle For Bludhaven mini-series, 5 Dazzler, a Spiderman/Dazzler team up, a 2 parter called WF3 World's Finest Three (Superboy & Robin from the mid 90's), and a 4 part mini-series called All Access which is a DC/Marvel crossover.
That place is awesome!!

I am reading The Demolished Man by Alfred Bester. It's a little dated but a neat idea. I am enjoying more then I thought I would.

Reading:

The PMS Murder by Laura Levine (Jaine Austen is the main character. That's how her name is spelled.) Quite funny book.

Other books I was reading:

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (I have one!), The Girl Who Played with Fire, The Girl who Kicked the Hornets Nest by Stieg Larsson

Still Alice by Lisa Genova. Excellent Fiction book about Alzheimers (Her first book)

The Lost Symbol and Digital Fortress by Dan Brown

Currently reading the latest Star Trek The Next Generation book called Indistinguishable From Magic by David A. McIntee. Really am enjoying this one so far. Most of the Star Trek books of late have been kind of dull and a couple not so well written but this is keeping my attention.
