Scott posted on twitter that he ordered online and they are putting shipping at 3 weeks.

Estimates for the weekend sales might reach 600,000 with up to 20% being current iPad owners upgrading. Apple is estimating a 2-3 week ship time from their online store. I haven't heard what is going on at the retail stores yet.

I believe it is 5PM my time, not your local time.

That doesn't make any sense. It's 5pm EVERYONE's local time, I just called our local store to confirm. Sales begin here in AZ at 5pm MST. Seriously, Tim, did you actually think they would go on sale at 8:00pm in New York?   :wallbash:

I recall seeing it say "5PM PST" on Apple's site.  However I'm obviously wrong so maybe I misread it.  Ah well.
