I get your point, but if someone told you that the dog they bred was a monkey, it doesn't make it so. They can call it whatever they want, but it doesn't make the dog a monkey. We don't know what else is in the movie, but in that short trailer, there are things that are totally against what we've seen on the screen less than 2 years ago. A young Emma Frost was in Wolverine. However an older Emma is in First Class that takes place before Wolverine. There are also other things. To me that's pretty glaring. People that make things can call them whatever they want, but it doesn't mean that they are correct in the word that they choose to use.

I'm not saying that this is going to be a bad movie in any way. Maybe it's not a reboot and more a retcon. That's fine. I'm just not the type of person that accepts someone's definition of something if it doesn't fit the definition.

My point is simple. Even if you make something, that doesn't mean that you can't be wrong in what you are calling it.

She's Angel. She's a recent mutant addition to the X universe that later lost her powers. As for the actress. She the daughter of Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz.

From the clip it looks like they combined her history with that of another recent mutant, Stacy X.
