Skype Chat: 7/17 at 2pm EDT

I'm setting the Skype chat for next Sunday, July 17th at 2pm eastern time. The plan is to talk summer movies, including Harry Potter. I hope many of you can make this Skype chat. Should be a lot of fun! :phone

I will be in Windsor, CA racing the Vineman 70.3 Half Ironman as a qualifier for the 70.3 World Championships in Henderson, NV, Sept 9th. Give me a shout and and wish be luck!

Sounds like fun but i don't have the right equipment/software to join you. I don't think. What would I need if I wanted to join. Besides Skype itself of course.

Skype and a microphone (or headset) basically.

What Joe said above, or a phone with Skype or iPad with Skype, etc.

I love it how the iPad is becoming a ubiquitous device people assume everyone has..carry on. :)

Oh - I certainly wasn't assuming anything. I was just mentioning it since I know several people here have them. Obviously any computer can handle Skype (and have for years). I was just trying to give some other options.

Wish I could make it, but going to a christening and birthday party for my wife's nephew and siblings. I've been tapped to play guitar and sing "Sweet Baby James" at the church after the ceremony :)
