Here are so many great sci fi and fantasy related wedding cakes I thought it would be fun to start a thread for them.. so if you come across one or you had one post a picture of it here.

i like the Star Trek one, tribble cupcakes. does that mean they eat each other!

Well, this isn't really a cake or anything edible, but...it does HOLD edibles! Disneyland sells these awesome popcorn buckets, usually in the shape of Mickey Mouse, or some other cool Disney character. But, in honor of the new Star Tours attraction, they were selling these R2D2 popcorn buckets....AWESOME! When I heard they were doing this, I got bummed because we couldn't get to the Resort (until August anyway), so Joyce secretly contacted one of our Disneyland buds and asked her to get one for me and mail it! TOTALLY AWESOME WIFE! :)

I showed my wife those wedding cakes and she could appreciate the skill involved but told me they wouldn't have come near our wedding reception! Lol

Hey Al, you have a cool little collection there! Love the light cycle! You should post more pics in the Collectibles forum.

:) I'll snap some shots this evening and post them up. Mostly Disneyland stuff though...
