Dude - I already am up late - hehe!  But it's too cool.  I'll go to bed when I need to charge it!  LOL!

Tim, you didn't remember that I have a white iPad?  Come on, now.. not feelin the iPad comraderie love.  :)

Rico, I use an app called PocketCloud Pro which allows me to use Remote Desktop and VNC to connect with remote PCs and Servers.  It is a great tool!

Welcome to the iPad Family.  Definitely check out my blog at rickpeete.blogspot.com and read all my iPad posts.  Lots of apps listed there that I find very useful.  I am very excited about this (ever since I showed you my iPad 1st Gen that afternoon in Rockford).  I knew you would finally be assimilated to the iPad collective.  LOL

Sorry Rick, I was almost certain someone else had one too, just couldn't remember :(.

Check out the Zaggmate Logitech Keyboard Case.  It is awfully nice!  built-in Bluetooth keyboard is great for when you are working on lots of text or PC remote stuff!

Honestly, plain old white hankerchieves work perfectly to clean the screen, unless you have something greasy on it.

Thanks for the tips and help Rick.  Sorry I missed your call earlier.  I'll call and chat soon or maybe we can Facetime soon!  Oh yeah!  That would be cool!

RickPeete

FaceTime sounds like a plan!!!  Maybe someday they will add video conferencing to that app...  But until then, make sure you get Skype for the iPad (it is actually for the iPhone but it scales for the iPad).

Tim - I got the Splashtop remote desktop working!  Man is it cool!!  Oh, and the download was only like 14 mb.  I was looking at another one of their programs.  I can access everything on my PC via the iPad with this app running!  Woo-hooooo!!!

Congratulations Rico, and welcome to the dark side - there's always room for one more.
Bwaa ha ha haa

Rico, check out FTP-on-the-Go for a decent FTP client for the iPad.  You might be needing that for FTPing stuff to your server....  It is what I used to send you photos from the Trek Con last summer.

Sweet, can't wait to try it, VNC isn't working on my computer (stupid network) so that might just be the trick.
