I thought Castle had been cancelled?...or was that just a rumor.

No way!  The show has been quite successful for ABC - and it's great too!

Ok, thats great I was worried, like the show myself, even if I am a season behind.  :)

Thought I'd start a new thread for next Fall's TV season.  Looks like all the announcements are out now.

To start, here's next seasons schedule breakdown.  At least for us in the States.

Between Terra Nova, Once Upon a Time, Grimm, The River, it looks very promising.  For me, I think I'm looking forward to Grimm, and Once Upon a Time the most.  But they all look to be very interesting.  What piques your interest the most Rico?  And everyone else.

A fruitful journey to the Divine Treasury.

Hard to say so far, but I'm just glad we have some new genre shows to fill the big void left by everything that won't be back in the fall.

I thought we already had a thread about this... I posted all that info in it about the new shows. :(

Yeah, but that other thread was originally started as a recap of the season ending now - and the thread is still up.  I was just trying to use a new thread to start the discussion of the new stuff now that most shows have ended for the current season.  Wasn't trying to step on anything you posted Kenny.  Just trying to find a place to split things up a bit.

Rico

I merged the threads now.  So we can chat about the past TV season here and the new one coming up.

There's really too much TV for me to possibly watch everything I want to.  It's kind of frustrating.  My must sees right now:

Dexter, coming so soon :) :)
Terra Nova
Walking Dead
Sons of Anarchy
Breaking Bad
Big Bang Theory
Hung
Boardwalk Empire
Louie
Justified (hands down the best show no one is watching...nominted for four acting emmys, so great)

I love alot of the mainstream half hour sitcoms too like Community, Modern Family, and Cougar Town.  And I have to watch Survivor with my wife starting tomorrow.

To this point, I have not had a DVR.  I'm making the call to my cable company today to see what's entailed in getting one.  There's so much this fall that I'm interested, and a lot of it in the same timeslot.  A small additional monthly charge may just be worth it.  ;)

Also, I just heard about http://episodecalendar.com/ on Kevin's Tuning into Sci-Fi TV podcast, and I think I'm going to give it a try.  Looks like you can add shows to your watch list, and it will sync to your Google calendar to let you know when new episodes air.

How could I forget Fringe!  So excited for this to return!

And don't forget - this weekend on the podcast I'm doing a "preview" of all the cool, new genre shows this year.  Send me your comments on what you are looking forward to seeing most.
