Rico, great podcast...as always! Tears of the Prophets has always been a favourite of mine, memorable for various reasons. It was sad to see Terry Farrell leave the show (gosh, I used to fancy her something rotten), but it did work out for the show with Nicole de Boer joining the show...I wished we had more than one season with Ezri!

During your commentary you did wonder how Gul Dukat got onboard DS9, especially with shields up. I have always thought it was the same way as the Vortar got off the station at the end of the season 2 finale.

Once again, great show, great contributions from all the regulars, and congratulations on the new job. The last year could not have been easy!

Good points. Yeah, it's not a huge thing but Gul Dukat did seem to get on DS9 very easily to me. But, since the episode was pretty packed I guess they couldn't take much time out to show how he did that. Glad you liked the podcast.

I really enjoyed this one. Awesome celebration music! I had forgotten about the Dax/Worf baby talk. And even though I really enjoyed this DS9 episode, I think I would had preferred her dying in the wormhole like Rico mentioned. And just hearing the ending again got me a little teary eyed. Well done episode!! And as always well done podcast.

I'd forgotten this episode had the whole planetary attack sequence in it. That was one of the best bits of the series in my memory (yes, I like space battles). Compared to the six or eight X-Wing fighters that attacked the original Death Star, this was (and still is) in a completely different league.

Thanks for refreshing some happy memories (listened on the work journey today since I'm not car sharing this week).

Thanks Rico, great cast. Makes me pine for when I had Sky and got to watch DS9 a lot. Must get the boxset one day! Just gone back to podcast 20 to get another DS9 fix :0)

Glad you guys liked the cast. DS9 is always a deep, rich show to talk about. Especially at this point in the series. Lots going on to cover and think about.

Great podcast Rico, really sad episode of DS9, loved this series and of course it was great to have Jeffrey Combs in it. :)
