Am I NUTS?!

Ok, so, to answer the above question.....YES! And it's all because of Rico. Yep, I said it...Rico. You see, as many of us know, Rico makes podcasting something fun. We all love his show and because of him, many of us have ventured into this realm of wannabe radio stars ourselves. I myself, have done so with our Tales From The Mouse House Podcast. Recently, I decided to join a couple of my bestest buddies here, Kenny and Meds, on an upcoming M*A*S*H tribute podcast. AND....my lovely wife Joyce and I decided this morning to start yet another one!! Long story here but when we first decided to do a podcast nearly a year ago, we had wanted to do one dedicated to one of our favorite TV reality shows - The Amazing Race. But it was too late because the season was well over half done. So we created the Disneyland podcast Tales From The Mouse House, and we truly love doing it. BUT...T.A.R. is about to start up again (Feb 20) and we decided to just do it! Our new show, The FastForward Podcast, will be a weekly 30 minute wrap up/rundown of each weekly episode, with of course, our usual segmented spots where we'll discuss the teams, predictions, etc.

So, if any of y'all are interested in checking us out, we should be up and running a week before the newest season starts, there about. Since T.A.R. airs on Sunday nights, we'll most likely record Monday evenings and post new episodes into iTunes then. What do you all think? Am I crazy? :) Does a podcast like this sound interesting to anyone? Oh, and we're doing this through podbean at http://fastforward.podbean.com/ Thanks and take care you geeky peeps!!  :metallica:

Hmm, interesting idea. You guys should do just fine.  As I don't watch the show, I'm afraid my contributions would be...very lacking.  Basically, I got tired of the show.  But hey, kudos to you guys for starting another podcast.  Addicting, isn't it?  ;)

I would totally watch that show if you and Jamie were on it!  Good luck with the new show Al.  I know how podcasting can get into your blood.  I really need to get back to doing "Attic of my Mind" shows again.  I've had 3-4 other podcast ideas too but I don't want to stretch myself too thin.  Anyway, good for you Al!

Will you still be doing the tales from the mouse house? I was quite enjoying it, just listened to my first episode today. (sorry but honestly I like Disneyland more than T.A.R. as I have been to most disneylands around the world, except florida and HK)
