They have improved the way his voice sounds from the way early footage. Movie looks epic with a really good redemption story.

Yeah, I heard about that dust up.

I knew Batman and I had a lot in common.  We both have all our cool toys in a cave and we both love Mt. Dew!

Batman is the IRONMAN of super hero's. :)

The first reviews are coming in.  Not that this is going to impact any of our decisions to see the film, but so far with 20 top critics weighing in the movie sits at 84% "fresh" on Rotten Tomatoes.  The general consensus seems to be that "Rises" is not as overwhelmingly great as the last film but a decent conclusion to the trilogy.

Rotten Tomatoes - bahh!  The first "Star Wars" film was panned by critics too.  :)

You don't like that site?  I love it as an aggregator and the links to the top critics/newspapers reviews.

Friend of mine has seen it over in Australia and he has a smile on his face.

Nope.  I trust what my friends with similar tastes have to say.  As we have discussed many times here.

I have always enjoyed movie criticism, every since I was a little kid watching Sneak Previews on PBS with Siskel and Ebert.  I like aggregator sites like Meta Critic and Rotten Tomatoes because it makes it very easy to read movie and game reviews, and you can choose to easily read only positive or only negative reviews if you so wish.  Of course I also value my friends opinions, especially those here, but what a boring world it would be if you only heard or valued the opinions of those who thought just like yourself!

It wouldn't be that boring at all when it comes to listening to those opinions on making a decision about spending money on a product. Listening to people that have zero in common with your personal tastes is a waste of time. It doesn't benefit or aid your decision in any way.

I could careless what critics say when they aren't sharing my tastes. It's a serious waste of time. Not only is hearing my friends better, it makes more sense because I can make an informed decision because I know their tastes.
