I just saw a great movie called FAQ About Time Travel.  It doesnt appear to have been released in the states, have any of our British members heard of or seen this film?  It's a British film about three young men who get caught up in a space/time paradox one evening while drinking at thier local pub.  It was very clever and funny, filled with references to some of our favorite things.  I highly reccommend seeking this out when and where it comes available.

Here's the wikipedia link and the IMDB page:

Edit:  it looks like this has been on HBO for subscribers of that service

I've not heard of this but from the little of the synopsis I've read it sounds like a typically quirky British thing to film.

I'll keep an eye out for the DVD.

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

Watched this last night, it's really funny! Not a family movie be warned there is a lot of language (a BBC / HBO co-production) but it has a lot of Sci-Fi and geeky references.

Plot:

The script, written by Jamie Mathieson, follows three social outcasts -- two geeks and a cynic -- as they attempt to navigate a time-travel conundrum in the middle of a British pub. Faris plays a girl from the future who sets the adventure in motion. -- IMDb Plot: Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travel (2009)

Just watched this last night, very funny but quite adult in the humour and language in places. Typically British! ;)

Just combined the threads... never heard of this movie.

This is one of those movies that doesn't get the notice it deserved. It slipped right under my radar for the longest of times too.

I love the playing with the timelines in this movie. Every time jump you are asking what the hell is going on....but it all makes sense in the end. If you haven't seen it, it is really worth searching out.
