Little rental home project

My Dad is currently at work on a new dock for our lake cabin. He had to go through that whole permit process. I also realize when summer comes I'm probably going to be forced into manual labor to get it transported and installed, but we've done enough manual labor to just keep the old dock afloat so it'll be worth it.
