The BIG Klingon Kast is now up with me and in studio guest Richard Peete!  It's the longest TSF show ever - and was a lot of fun to do!  Big thanks to Mr. Peete for joining me and also thanks to Rick Moyer for his cool, new song entry.  Q'pla!   :klingon

Wow, awesome show. Can't believe two hours just by. Guys you did a great job and bounced off each other really well. Great song as usual Rick. Been humming that since I heard it.
Brilliant stuff.

Thanks much.  Believe it or not we had so many other episodes and things we could have covered.  This show could have gone on even longer.  But I think we covered some of the highlights.  Mr. Peete's a very good co-host.

Looking forward to checking it out! :)

Very cool show! Regarding the attempts to reconcile the changing Klingons, here's a little more semi-official info, introduced in the TOS novel series Star Trek: Vanguard -

Klingons who had a Human appearance (descendants of the victims of the Klingon augment virus) were referred to as "QuchHa", or "the unhappy ones". They were considered to be second class citizens of the empire, & usually served in their own units, although they also were known to mix with the rest of the fleet on occasion.

Let me tell you what's a good day in my life. Cueing up a Treks in Sci Fi podcast that's almost 2 hours long when I have a solid 90min bike ride coming up. Heaven as I hate to stop and change. :) You guys were terrific! I vote for more guest casts with Richard, you two make a great pairing!

Thanks.  I'm sure we will do another podcast together sometime in the near future.

I also very much enjoyed the natural rapport you two seemed to have talking to each other - not stepping on each other's comments, willing to move onto the next clip, really just smooth!  And Rick Peete really knows his Klingonese.  And is it just me or does Rick P sound a little bit like actor Seth Rogan?!

We need a Klingon Kast Part II!

PS. another great song 777!

Also LOVED the Rick Moyer song. One of your better efforts, Rick!!!
