Not sure who may have heard about this, but I guess Dan Aykroyd is behind this Crystal Head Vodka.  I'm not sure really what the connection between the two things are, but the bottle this vodka comes in is very cool.  I'm not into vodka really but I may have to pick up a bottle of this, just for the container.

The only connection I can see is that Akroyd was in Temple of Doom but he wasn't in the last movie.

Ripley: Ash. Any suggestions from you or Mother?
Ash: No, we're still collating.
Ripley: [Laughing in disbelief] You're what? You're still collating? I find that hard to believe.

I want a ski-cap with a pom-pom on the Crystal skull - if I am buying Canadian vodka.....or a least a dozen Tim Hortons donuts to chase 'em down.  :)

And what would the cost of this be

Online I was finding it for about $50 or so.  But, it only ships to certain places.  Probably better to find it at a local shop.

Brilliant marketing.  I want one now.   But I doubt I would drink it.  A full bottle of vodka would look so cool on the shelf.

I rarely drink but when I do, it's normally the cheap stuff.  I like Cabo but it's pretty expensive.

I may look around a bit for this today while I'm out.

Pretty cool. I'm going to keep my eye out for this as well. :skull

Well, I found a nearby place that stocks it, but they sold their last bottle yesterday!  Said they would have some more in this coming weekend.

I was surprised to find two bottles of this at our local Hy-Vee grocery store. The bottle is pretty cool, but at $50 for 750ml I had to pass. Maybe it'll go on sale after the holidays.

Unfortunately for us Canadians in Ontario, the only way i will get one is to buy a case for 400.00 dollars from the winery as the LCBO is publicly owned  and is not stocking it, unless some one from the US wants to send a bottle up
