Looks like Museum Replicas is making some nice Jedi Cloaks.  Here's the Luke version.  They also have an Anakin and an Obi-Wan as well.  Sideshow is selling them here:

The Museum Replica Luke ROTJ outfit, Luke ANH Award Ceremony outfit, heck even the Imperial Officer stuff looks great!
