Although I have taken tons of great pics on our trip, I forgot the cable to upload the pics to the lap top. But, the laptop has a camera, so here is the view from our house in Lake Tahoe!

We've been here since Sunday. Sad to go. I LOVE the American West and Southwest. It's so beautiful out here.

Where?! The thing about the southwest is you have to be willing to go out and get into it. We have 2 Jeeps in our family, so wilderness/desert exploring is high on our list. I know people who live in Scottsdale, AZ and never leave the valley. They have no idea what they are missing.
Now, Colorado and California are always beautiful regardless.

ah, reminds me of Bonanza. I vacationed in Tahoe when I was a kid. Beautiful country.

If you have time, take the lunch or dinner cruise on the Tahoe Queen. You can catch it on the North shore in Tahoe City.

Oh yeah - keep your eye out for "Tessi" she has relatives in Scotland ;)
