Computer Hard Drive Issue

Ok, over the last week I've noticed my hard drive space is rapidly shrinking.  I don't have torrent, all my music was moved to external drive and I don't download anything, yet I lost 2 GB overnight.  I can't find what is consuming that much space.  I already turned off the hard drive backup but it is still reading less and less space.  Virus scans bring up nothing.  I'm confused, annoyed and unable to figure it out.  Is there anyway to figure out what is consuming all this hardrive space?

Try space monger, it gives you a visual representation of what is taking up space on your drive.

A few things to check.  What type of programs do you run?  Do you clear your internet cache and recycle bin often?  Also, a lot of programs make temp. files on your main drive when they are run.  I just recently found out that the video editing program I use makes a huge amount of temp. files on my main drive and doesn't clean them out unless you tell it too.  I got back like 25 gig that way!

Yes, the program that Billybob recommended (thanks btw) shows TEMP folder contains 30+ GB of info.   :mad2: :mad2:  Wow, that would have been nice to known a while ago.
