Star Trek Exclusive - Beam-Up Badges in Cereal Box

Perhaps Vartok has his first scoop - a Star Trek movie tie-in product.  Available in Kellogg's Corn Pops boxes, the Beam-Up Badge.  Five different ones available: Romulan Empire, Starfleet Science, Starfleet Command, Starfleet Engineering, and my favorite Klingon Empire.  See photos below.  I got the Engineering badge.  It is 68 mm long x 40 mm wide by 12 mm deep.  It has a button on the side that makes it light up red.  As the box suggests each has its own color.  If you plan to wear it no such luck, no way to attach it short of two-sided tape.

I sent Lynn on a mission to the grocery store this morning to try and find some of these movie tie-ins.  Lots of surgery cereal may be in my future.

Look closely at the back. It looks like they are numbered to me. My command badge has the number 3648. It's got a yellow (gold?) color.
