Lol well thanks Josh we're hoping to bring a Waffle In out every 3 weeks instead of 4 from Febuary. That's if my co-host will do some work ;)

Waffle On Presents. Childrens TV of the 1980's Part 1.

Welcome to 2012 and a brand new episode of Waffle On. As you can see it is now Waffle On Presents as it opens us to more media related subjects to talk about. Soon we will be covering modern TV and Film  along side our classic episodes, comics, books and any news that we can have a good old rant about.

So on this episode we talk about children's TV of the 1980's. Its such a big subject we decided to do it in parts so welcome to part 1 in which we cover Knightmare, Trapdoor, Danger Mouse and many many more. As usual we play the theme tunes and chat about our memories and give out some facts. HI, meds, I just listen to the wallon on postcat yesterday evening at work.  great podcat, however I was not familiar with most of the shows you disccussed except for a couple.  I remember dagermouse being shown in the US on cable TV and I also remember master of the universe series's.  I never really watched the Mater of the Universe series but my younger brother's friends did.  I only remember seeing the live action version of the show and I don't remember very much of it.  look forared to more of your podcat latter.
I am going with the best information that I have.

Good show meds!  As a kid I had several action figures from the He-Man series.  I amalgomated them into my collection of GI-Joes and usually He-Man became the indestructable General of all things good.  I gave the Shera figurine to my sister, as it was not cool for a boy to play with her in my school.  As I got older however, I certainly grew to appreciate her anatomical bounties.  :andorian

Yes I think I will look at some of your back shows.  The one on the A-team looks  intersting.  I have found some more time to listen to podcast now so I looking at others to subscribe too.
