I assume the film stopped because the guy with the camera ran away from the fumes and smoke.

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

That was awesome!  Reminds me of the Shuttle simulator I went on this summer at the Kennedy Space Center.  It was a blast!

I see those launches from my house. Of course not so up close, that is what the NASA channel is for which if course is on our local cable system here. I've also driven to see a few launches in person and seen the John Glen shuttle launch from the tallest building in downtown Orlando in the late 90's.

The best is when they land the shuttle late at night and it passes over my house and we hear the two sonic booms at 3am in the morning which literally knocks Tammy and I awake.  :shocked

It's cool the first couple of times then you find youself shouting four letter words because you have work the next day.

So much for living in outer spaceship land.  :blink
