Well I guess that depends who is faster....

If the Lizard can poison Spock first then the scissors will decapitate the Lizard and Scissors win.

If Spock smashes Scissors and the Lizard posions Spock then the Lizard wins.

If the Scissors decaptiate the Lizard, then Spock will smash the Scissors and Spock wins.

Lizard poisons Spock
Spock smashes Scissors
Scissors decapitates Lizard

Well I guess that depends who is faster....
