Oops, I posted this comment on the latest TrekSF episode in the wrong thread... I deleted it there and posted it here instead. :)

Poor Barbara Eden gets some weird moan for her introduction to Voyage To The Bottom Of The Sea, when everyone else has a quote associated with their intro?  And then dances to Frankie Avalon jazz music....interesting...  I wonder why they hired Barbra to play a role this movie? LOL.  I'd like to know what she thinks about the promo now.  ::)

I never watched any of these shows. I saw maybe one season of SeaQuest but then it was off to college and I was distracted by Dave. I missed a lot of TV back then!

Great episode Rico.  :D

Just got done listening all the way.  Nice.  My son will be thrilled with the fact that you looked up Hitchcock's name.  :)  Season one they had the older Dr. who was Regina B on "Ship in a bottle"  then in the second season they had a young lady that played a phsycic docotor.  I can't remember who played in the third season of Seaquest.

Oh and thanks for playing RPG writer for the RPG game.   You rock Rico.

"Under the sea, Under the sea...." :o

I have been and always will be, your friend.

Great podcast; brought back some good memories.  I used to be a big fan of "Man From Atlantis"; I'd even try to mimic Mark's weird swimming style when I was a kid.  They really should release the series on DVD.  I'd buy it. :)

Great show. I remember watching Seaquest when it was first airing. The show started off strong, then  with each additional season it kinda died.

Didn't they eventually get transported to an alien planet or something? Yeesh!

Great and informative podcast. I know little of all that was mentioned bar Voayage to the Botttom of the Sea. I remember Man from Atlantis but i believe it was only shown once since i've been on this planet and i must have been about 6 then. Great show.
