Alright... today I went into blockbuster and got my copy of STARWARS THE FORCE UNLEASHED!!!

It was AMAZING! Except the gameplay is only 9 hours... or longer if you try to get EVERYTHING!

The only thing that drove me crazy was the level when you have to pull the star destroyer down... it took me and my best friend like an hour...

ok so...

STORY

9/10

Graphics

9.5/10

SOUND

10/10

REPLAY

10/10

you can just go any level and play around with light sabers and powers.

OVERALL 9.5 for me.

Xbox 360.

and this is like the first time I've ever played a game for 9 hours straight...

Sounds good - but 9 hours of game play?!  That seems pretty short.

When I played the demo I was disappointed, the voice acting lagged, the light saber did not really make different cuts into things (I was hoping a storm trooper in half ) and actually the blow up doors thing, while fun it is hard to completely open....

I just bought it last night. It's pretty fun. I'd prefer a shorter game. I'm still plugging through Oblivion so I was hoping it wasn't going to be  another GINORMOUS game that I would end up obsessing over every nook and cranny, in. :)  I like it so far, but I'm pretty much stuck on my first mission. How the heck do you destroy those machines in the darn Ti-fighter factory?! I've thrown things at them, tried pulling the block out of the wall in the room within the factory and to no avail. Just PM me if you have the answer, I don't want to ruin it for everyone else.

I read or saw something about the cutting into storm troopers. they didn't want the game to get a M rating... cause I guess Star Wars has been more of a family thing.

One thing I noticed is that the controls lacked a little. IT was a little... well maybe a little more than a little glitchy...

The Story,  graphics, and the way they incorporated the new technology was enough for me.

They could have done a longer game though...

It was a good story though. I got done with the game in one day.

I bought it, however if you're not a die hard starwars fan, a rent is really all you need...

Does anybody know what this is like on the PSP

Four Lights

from what I've seen it looks pretty good. A lot like the Wii version. I'm thinking about playing it for the PSP sometime soon.

The one lacking thing in the game for me is to destroy the AT ST I need to do button combos, and to kill the tie fighters see if you can cut them

in the real game you can kill the AT ST's with or without the combos. and the only thing you can actually cut into pieces are droids. . . not ties.

Never mind... figured it out. I was able to grab an attacking Tie out of the air and push it. Was disappointed I didn't actually destroy it.

Would I cross some sort of "geek line" into "weirdoville" if I said I wish I had the Force! LOL. I remember when I was little how I use to concentrate on the light in my room, trying to turn it off. Now there are games where you, as a video game character, can do that very thing. :D

Of course, I'd probably get in trouble if I really had the Force. My temper would probably produce Force Lightening and I'd end up frying someone and feeling really bad about it later.  :ohwell

I've felt the same way Jen, many times.  Most Star Wars fans I think have.  But I agree too, it might be dangerous.  Especially on some of my ugly drives home.  "Cut me off will you ---!"  zap, crackle,....
