I currently watching Season 5 of Babylon 5.  It's a great show, but Season 5 has slowed down a bit.  I need to pick up the movie collection.  I picked up Crusade last week on Amazon for $23US.  I need to pick up the movie collection.

BTW DaveKill,

That video was awesome! :metallica:

Very, VERY cool!!!

I think the Federation armada would fare better against the B-5 ships, though...

I thought so too.

In the movie this (Bad guy) Federation found B5 and was going to conquer Earth after eliminating Sheridan and Earth Force. They soon discovered their defensive shields didn't work in this alternate universe- so the battle was more evenly matched.

Great effects for a fan film from Finland, too bad the movie was meant as comedy. Silly Fins (EA ships renamed Backgammon and Appalling - the Excalibur renamed the Excavator).  Could have been awesome even with the English subtitles.

Thanks; thats what I was guessing.  Every one of the Earth Force shots tore through the Federation ships like they were constructed out of butter.  Really cool premise though; without the shields being eliminated, the match would be totally uneven.

A quick question-

I've seen some of Crusade, but I can't remember the dimensions of the Excalibur.  Was it really that huge?

About a mile and a half long (they used a subway system to travel end to end). Also had Minbari propulsion and artificial gravity technology built in.

The Earth Alliance Nova Class war ships where designed after the Russian ship "Leonov" from the movie 2010 - a must see for any sci-fi fan.
