cause of the universal translator, thats why some species in enterprise talk in a weird language and then hoshi puts it into the UT and individual words begin to get translated. but what are u talking about, UT installed on our tv?

It was weird in Enterprise, how there lips started moving in the words they were saying, but before Hoshi was there, their lips were moving differently.

but i have seen the lips sync with the vocal as hoshi puts the voice through the UT. (ha, thanks for telling me what UT was, its so much easier to type)
