Background:

Graduated from Starfleet Academy in the top 5% of her class.  Has always had a solid knack for engineering and electronics especially.  Marie was always a very serious student, especially at the Academy.  She has always been slightly shy, but has improved since joining Starfleet.  Marie has never been in a serious relationship but has had a few boyfriends over the years.  Since coming aboard the Tiberius (her first deep space assignment since graduating from Starfleet) she has been spending quite a bit of her off duty time with the andorian, Lieutenant Zremm.  The two have become good friends and fairly close.  Marie is currently assigned to main engineering and reports to Chief Engineer K'arath.
