I wonder if Brent did the wrong thing by telling him it wasn't the same visor he wore on the TV show.  Perhaps he should have just kept that to himself as to not hurt the guys feelings.  Which I think is what is really behind this.  I guess it's human nature to want to tell the truth but sometimes the truth hurts.

He was embarrassed to have a hero break such crushing news to him.  That would have been hard for me to take too.
