Other "movie" file formats

Just curious about posting Flash or Quicktime VR (object or panorama) files on the forums. Has this topic been considered before?
File sizes on average .5 to 5 megabytes for Quicktime and much less for flash.
They are not indicated in the list of accepted files under the post option, so this may be straying from the original intent of this site, but I thought I'd ask.
