Here it comes, people.  I'm so nervous. :)

Maybe it'll be good, but the fact that it couldn't get a theatrical release does not inspire great confidence.

I'm a huge Highlander fan, and I even grew to love the Duncan character even more than Conner, so I really want this to be great.  I hope it is.  We'll know tomorrow night.

Tommorow already?  Wow I need to remember to DVR this....I have been looking forward to it.
I think it was Socrates who spoke the immortal words:  I drank WHAT?

Is the actor that played Duncan McCloud in the TV series, in this movie? He looks very similar. Maybe it's just a guy who looks like him.

Jen, yes that was Adrian Paul playing Duncan one last time.

darthcooley, I wish it was only as bad as Highlander 2.

I apologize if my creation of this topic caused anyone to sit through even a minute of this awful film.

Highlander is officially dead.

I weep for the franchise as I would a brother.

I was expecting another butchering of the known history. It didn't answer any questions, but it also didn't return to being about aliens and time travelers. I guess I was just happy to see Mythos again.

Oh, that's a good point.

Yeah, at least the planet Zeist wasn't mentioned.

I had a friend who basically told me, "You watched the first movie and that's all you need to see. Don't see the others or you'll be very disappointed."  I followed his advice and will continue to follow it.

BTW, did anyone ever watch the cartoon series? I was much younger then and I thought the cartoon was OK.  I don't think I would watch it now though.

The TV series, after starting out a little rocky, was great.  The fourth movie, Endgame, was "uneven".  It had some good points, especially in the DVD cut, but it had a few problems.  (Though less than the other sequels.)

I'll just stick with the first movie and the TV series and try to forget everything else.

They are rerunning this Thursday night.  Should I bother?
