Blade the Series pilot to be released.

So how many of you saw Blade the TV series on Spike TV last year?  I personally liked the show. It's too bad Spike decided not to continue the series. It started out with strong ratings which diminished as the season continued. What I'm a little upset about is that the season finale was a cliffhanger. Oh well.  :ohwell

SO, now the pilot is being released on DVD.  It'll be titled Blade: House of Chthon. Hopefully if people buy the DVD in huge numbers, Blade the series will come back just like Family Guy (fat chance but I'll keep my fingers crossed).

BTW, I think the first Blade movie is still the best.

I watched the the pilot and up episode 12.......i liked the series, if you can call it series with so few episodes. I really though the show showed great promise, and hoped it would maybe be picked up by another network.

Why, oh why are so many shows canceled before they even get into their stride.......here i go............still have never got over firefly

I also really liked the series.  I thought they did a really good job moving the character to a TV series format.  The new characters were interesting too.  Sorry it didn't make it for longer.  I'll be checking out the expanded pilot DVD episode.
