Prop Replicas from Star Wars

All, I thought you might like to see some of my props. These two items as you know are from Star Wars. The first is Han's blaster and the other is a Stormtrooper blaster. These are "real" rifles and handguns. These two props I am making use the exact same materials as Lucasfilms made to create them originally. There is no resin on these or anything so needless to say they are heavy and dangerous for kids.

** Please note that they are not toatally complete yet.

No, they are the real thing. The intention is to make the "exact" props with the exact material that Lucasfilms used.

I once read that Lucas had used a modified C96 'broomhandle' military pistol produced by Mauser of Germany for Solo's sidearm.
