After the worst pre-ordering experience I've ever had, I was able to get in my pre-order for this great-looking 1/6th figure of my favorite fictional character.

I forgot about this one.  I just tossed my wait list order in the for the exclusive edition with the little extra holographic Leia.  Looks like a nice fig.

I will be interested to hear your Thoughts on the Ben Kenobi  when you recieve it Dan. I have the Ewan Obi-wan Sideshow, and think it is great, so if you like the Alec Guniness version, I might pick it up to compliment the prequel one.

I'll definitely post my review here.  The preview pics look great.

I actually have a guy who repaints these for me.  I found the production version of the Ewan Obi-Wan a bit lacking compared to the prototypes.  His repaint really brought out the beauty of the original sculpt.  I expect the same will be required for this one.
