Gree Helmet

I broke down and ordered the commander gree helmet, boy is that one sweet collectable cant wait to get it, it will be my first helmet. :troopersmile

I ordered one too too! Had trouble getting online to MR's site when it went on sale (I was still in Taiwan), but I managed to order one the next day. Here's hoping they manage to actually make it before the license runs out at the end of 2007.

I broke down to, I thought about it for a few days, and they still had some left, so I preordered it. The Gree will be my First Helmet as well. The pictures of this were just to cool for me to pass up. Since I am in the MR collectors Society now, I might also get the Boba Fett helmet as well when it comes out and use to 10 percent off. Was thinking about how I will display the Helmet when it arrives, and Felt that Two would look better then one ;)

I will probably get the shadow trooper helmet as that is going to be a limit of 500 now and open too cs members

They have delayed it as they have increased the size from 100 to 500 no lottery, I may also get the Mara Jade lightsaber if it is any good too.

I'm hesitant to buy any significant MR product this year. In years past, MR has impressed me when they've delayed product to get it right. My concern would be that they'll have to rush product to market at the end of the year to get it out by the date the license expires. This is more a concern for the helmets, which have had issues before.

I can only shiver as I imagine what I'm going to have to pay on the secondary market for one. If anyone here eventually wants to part with one, let me know.

Todd, you should email Master Replicas and see if you can get added to a waiting list. I suspect some people will cancel their orders, so there might be some more that come available. I know reading through some of the different forums, that some mentioned that they had preordered the Helmet, and were thinking of cancelling.

As well, in your other Thread, you mentioned that one of your wish list was the Shocktrooper Helmet. A friend of mine has one and he is thinking of selling it, if you would like I can ask him about it.
