I find it strange that complete strangers will "follow" you.

They normally have an ulterior motive, like trying to sell you something. I had a really attractive woman who wanted to follow me, and seeing as really attractive women NEVER want to follow me, I knew something was up. Ha Ha, it gave me great pleasure in clicking "remove". That taught her that did.  ;D

I have a radio station thingy and hawkeye's wife (not sure if its you meds) and apparently shes friends with Scott Johnson

Someone I don't know is following me too. But, she sounds nice enough. LOL. A writer... She should join the RPG. :)

I've got a lot of people I don't know following me. Basically what I do is check if they are replying to people I recognize, if they are, I add them back.

I have several folks who I don't know following me.. I read there profile if they are geeks I keep them if not I delete them.. I had one guy's who's profile had a link for partner sharing (he was deleted). I've had several McCain and Palin people (I also deleted) I've gotten an Obama update one that I like and the one and only Felicia Day is following me (I feel very special :) )

You deleted people because of the candidate the were following? Or because they were from the campaign?

No.. they were candidate updates... like my Obama one.. tells me where he is and what he is doing everyday. Since I am nether a McCain or Palin fan I don't care what they are doing daily.
