I was lucky this week because Vartok jumped in at the last minute with no other guest hosts in view and did a terrific show about musical composer Brian Tyler.  Most probably won't know his name, but you will know his music.  Big thanks to Vartok and enjoy this cool show everyone!

He composed the new Marvel Fanfare (which I'm sure is covered in this), I've loved Brian Tyler since way back to Children of Dune. Looking forward to listening.

Rico, Rico, Rico, Rico, Rico.... You are so awesome! I love Brian Tyler so much and his music is so amazing. I love film music so much, and Brian Tyler is my most favorite composer (among many). Thank you so much for doing a podcast on him. Can't wait to hear it!

Errata: I pulled in the wrong track into my DAW as the closing track.  In the podcast you heard Children of Dune "End Title" whereas I spoke "Main Title (House Atreides)."  I immediately recognized the error while listening to the podcast in the car ride today.  Still a good track though!  My ipod will have the corrected version (one of the bennies of doing a guest podcast).  Hope you enjoy the podcast.

Vartok,
Thank you good sir!

Geoff G.o.B

great show Vartok, and a general shout out to Rico and all the other guest casters. Not only have I learnt a lot more about Trek, but thanks to this podcast I have learnt about other great shows or films I may never have seen.

Long may the podcast continue

Whew, good thing I lead off with the fanfare!
