Ha, well long time fans tend to be attached to the team and use possessives when talking about the team.  I catch myself doing it all the time.

Yeah born and raised and spent all but a couple of years of my life in Philly, doesn't matter who's the coach, or who's on the team, they'll always be MY Eagles.

Highschool football rocks and it's great to see a hometown victory.

My local newspaper (remember those?) has been doing some great online coverage of the challenges these young teams face so early in this season.

WOW what a game, I haven't seen the Eagles play like that in YEARS.  Of course they had to make it a game, and the Skins showed up in the second half, but they pulled it out in exciting fashion.  1 and 0 baby!

Lol hey there's a couple teams you could switch your allegiances to before it's too late...Miami had a good opener, even though it was against Cleveland.  Jacksonville might turn things around too, it's early!  Giants?  Fuggedaboudit!
