I've read all the comics related to this property. Things are a bit different than the movie - the comics are even more violent and nasty in some parts. But if you like comics I recommend them highly.

I'm reading my way through The Losers at the moment, so after I finish that I may have to get my hands on a copy of the first Kick-Ass. Seems and sounds like something I'd enjoy reading. Thanks.

Just got back and really enjoyed this. Great follow up film to the one from 2010. They take a lot from the comics too. The actors seemed to be enjoying themselves and it was great to just get right into things quickly and into this universe again. If you enjoyed the first one, you will definitely like this movie too. :biggrin

I went and saw this today, and enjoyed it a lot. I felt it hit on a range of emotions for me. I know it did not get good reviews, but I found it held me the entire way through. I have to say, it is certainly not for the feint of heart, as some of the violence and other scenes could be a lot for some. I sure hope they do a 3rd one if this does good enough business.

Glad you liked it too Jeff. This is really a fun film. Lots of great action and over the top stuff in it. I want to see it again.
