Hand made by the actual prop master and only 25 produced, I guess I can see why so much. Also stated that it takes 2 weeks to make each one. I guess if someone has the money, they would have something very rare and about as close to the real thing as they could get.

One thing I've always wondered, are products like these licensed? I mean can you make a replica prop and sell it without permission from the franchise?

Something like this is most certainly licensed. But there are ways to get unlicensed stuff...you just need to know where to look.  For me, I try to support the licensed stuff, unless it's not available that way.  Used to be the only way to get props like this was to make them yourself.
