Our health is a choice we need to make. Better choices in what we eat, making time for physical activity, changing our routine to accomodate a healthier self. Oh I'm behind! I just listened to last weeks and actually found it quite a moving tale told in a matter of fact way. I haven't a clue what going through all that is like but to come out of it so positively is such a telling thing.
